ADRIAN ROCHA

Adrian is a legislative strategist and policy analyst committed to informing and shaping systems that are responsive to a community’s needs. Adrian has worked with families, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and other community members and stakeholders in Mississippi and Louisiana on issues related to educational equity, youth incarceration, and access to behavioral health services. 

Most recently, Adrian was a policy consultant providing technical assistance and legislative analysis for elected officials and policymakers, including Clean Slate laws that create automated criminal record clearance processes. His work centers on bringing together different communities and stakeholders to develop a unified roadmap that drives towards common goals.
